Mr. Tequila’s in New Orleans is known for serving up Authentic Mexican Cuisine with a twist of Tex Mex. Mr. Tequila’s is owned and operated by three brothers; Jonathan Gonzalez, Leonel Gonzalez, Raul Gonzale. The brothers are originally from Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, where Raul Gonzalez learned to cook from his uncle at a young age sharing family recipes that have been passed down through generations. Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico is also the epicenter for tequila.

The Gonzalez brothers have a combined 16 years experience in the restaurant industry. In 2011 the brothers moved to New Orleans and instantly fell in love with everything the city has to offer. Ever since the brothers had a dream of bringing authentic food and quality tequila to the people of New Orleans, that dream became a reality in 2020.
